Processing Details

The time it takes to process orders varies depending on the item. Each H of A design is meticulously handcrafted, and our processing time reflects this attention to detail. Typically, orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Alternatively, you can log into your account to check the status of your order.If you require any assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via email promptly. Once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to it. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help with any concerns you may have.

Shipping Details

Please choose your preferred shipping option during checkout. If you have a specific delivery deadline in mind, kindly reach out to us before placing your order. We'll do our utmost to accommodate your request and aim to deliver by your specified date if feasible.

Please note that while we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders, we're not liable for delays that may occur once your order is shipped due to postal service issues.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns/Exchanges

To ensure cleanliness and to look out for our customers' well-being, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges of worn items for now.

Repair Policy

we're all about quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship! If you ever need a repair within 30 days of receiving your order, it's on us!

After those first 30 days, don't worry, we're still here to help. Repairs will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, with repair fees applied.

It happens to everyone! We want to create its missing mate so your collection stays complete and fabulous! Just reach out to me, and I'll whip up a custom order for you at half price.

Custom design?

We love creating designs, especially for brides! Please reach out if you have a specific design in mind and we can get to chatting!

Customs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to additional material and labour costs.
